About Vision MCSF

Vision Micro Credit & Social Foundation (VMCSF) is a company working for the poorest of the poor to achieve economic self-sufficiency. It has over 8 branches and serving 8000 poor clients in Tamlinadu. The VMCSF administrative office is headquartered in Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu.

The VMCSF intends to bring macro level changes in the global poverty alleviation initiatives through this financial inclusive program. The Chairman and Managing director of VMCSF had adapted micro finance as tools to fight poverty in south India especially the poorest of the poor. Earlier work was carried out through STAR TRUST which had made several changes in the lives of women and their families and later in the year 2015, the whole work has been transformed to VMCSF and has been continuing for scaling up in other targeted regions.

Thus far VMCSF had disbursed 21 crore for various income generating activities and the present loan outstanding portfolio is 13 crore. It has in store three types of credit and credit plus products. With the varied products, VMCSF not only aims at achieving economic suitability of its women members, but also facilities holistic empowerment of women and their families in social and cultural development.
